Customized Retreat Facilitation Services
For the past 14 years, the Center has worked with departmental leaders to design and facilitate customized departmental retreats focusing on such issues as organization-wide assessment, strategic planning, organizational climate and constituent satisfaction, among others.
Pre and post retreat web-based surveys, event facilitation and post-retreat follow up and action planning are among the services most frequently taken advantage of by both academic and administrative departments. Contact Sherrie Tromp.
