Kathleen Immordino
Dr. Kathleen Immordino is the Manager, Organizational Research and Assessment for the Center for Organizational Development and Leadership at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey.
Kate’s background is in public administration. She has held many positions in New Jersey state government, including Assistant Commissioner for Administration in the Department of Transportation, Assistant Commissioner for Planning and Research in the Department of Personnel and Executive Administrator for Planning and Development in the Department of Labor. Kate has been responsible for strategic planning and organizational self-assessment processes at a number of public agencies, and is a past president of the New Jersey chapter of the American Society for Public Administration.
Kate received her undergraduate degree from Dickinson College, and a Masters in Administration from Rider University. She received her Ph.D. from Rutgers in the School of Communication, Information, and Library Studies.
