Video Lending Policy

The Contemporary Issues in Leadership Lecture Series was born out of the desire to create a forum for the discussion of varied leadership frameworks, perspectives, and experiences. Specifically, it is designed to highlight research on current leadership topics and issues; provide opportunities for best practices sharing and networking; and link the higher education and business communities. The series is sponsored by the Rutgers University Center for Organizational Development and Leadership and supported in part by a grant from AT&T.

Lecture videos are made available free of charge to educational institutions for use in academic instruction or professional development.

Loan Period:
Each video may be borrowed for a period of two weeks (from the time it is shipped until the time it is returned). To allow the greatest number of institutions access to the videos, we are only able to loan up to two videos to a single organization at any one time. It is important that you return the video(s) within the two-week period so that others may enjoy its use.

Fees:
Videos are made available free of charge to educational institutions. However, replacement costs for, lost, stolen, or damaged materials will be the responsibility of the person in whose name they were borrowed. Please note that a credit card is required to reserve the video.

Returning the Video:
We will be responsible for shipping costs associated with sending you the video. The borrower will be responsible for the cost of returning the video. To insure proper delivery, please use the shipping label enclosed with the video. Videos should be returned via a traceable method.

Contemporary Issues in Leadership Lecture Series videos are fully protected by copyright laws. Each video is individually registered to your organization. Use of this program is for educational purposes only, and only for the person or organization to which it is registered. Do not duplicate or allow duplication, rental, or sale. All videos remain the sole property of the Rutgers University Center for Organizational Development and Leadership.
